Complaints procedure for promotional games of chance
If you believe that a promotional game of chance offered does not comply with one or more provisions of the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance, you can submit a written complaint.

In order to handle your complaint correctly and quickly, please provide us with the following information:your name, address, and telephone number,the name of the event you are complaining event ,a clear description and explanation of your complaint, andthe period to which your complaint relates.
Receipt of the complaint will be confirmed in writing within two weeks of receipt. Once we have the above information, we will process your complaint and keep you informed of the progress of the settlement.
Complaints are handled by the Marketing and/or Legal Affairs departments. If you feel that your complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily, you can still submit your complaint to theGaming Authority.
