We have good news! Starting this week, we are introducing a new entry system at our Fair Play Casinos. This innovative system offers you greater convenience and ensures that you can access our locations more quickly and easily.
When and in which casinos will the new system be introduced?
The updated entry system will be rolled out in our casinos in phases. See below to find out when your favorite location will switch to the new entry system:

Important information
In order to comply with legal requirements, this means that every visitor must re-register. We therefore kindly ask you to bring valid identification (ID card, passport, or driver's license) with you on your next visit. This will ensure that the registration process runs smoothly and quickly.
When registering, you have 4 options:
- Standard registration with ID, passport, or driver's license; Each time you visit, you will only be granted access to our casino upon presentation of your ID, passport, or driver's license. After your identity has been verified, you will be allowed to enter our casino.
Standard registration + facial recognition for fast access; After registering with facial recognition, you will receive a neutral key fob and from that moment on, you will be able to enter quickly using the key fob and facial recognition. You will no longer have to wait at the entrance desk for an employee. - Standard registration + fingerprint as an alternative to facial recognition; If you prefer to use only your fingerprint, that is also possible.
- Optional: Registration with both facial recognition and fingerprint; If one of these does not work for any reason, you will always have an additional option to enter the casino quickly.
Please note: Fair Play Member Card no longer valid as fast access
With the introduction of the new system, fast access via the Fair Play Member Card will no longer be available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this change.
Possible waiting time during registration
Because every visitor must be registered again, it may take a little longer than you are used to during busy times. We are doing everything we can to make this process as smooth as possible and thank you in advance for your patience.
