Slot machines
All slot machines comply with strict legal requirements and are calibrated and inspected by government agencies in accordance with these requirements. As proof of approval, each slot machine has an approval sticker. In addition to the annual inspection of slot machines required by law, DEKRA criteria also impose requirements on the slot machines present (and their inspection). The Gaming Authority does not handle individual complaints itself, but would like to receive areportof your complaint.

Our Fair Play Casinos have their own security organization and detective agency. We can rightly say that they ensure a good quality of life, safety, and public order in the immediate vicinity of all our slot machine halls. We also have our own video monitoring room. This also guarantees safety in and around our casinos, both for our players and employees and for local residents.
