At Fair Play Casino, we believe it is important that every guest can count on a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. That is why we have clear terms and conditions and house rules that apply to all our casinos in the Netherlands.
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are used by Fair Play Centers B.V. (“FPC”) and apply to access to our gaming halls (“Casino” or “Casinos”), the use of biometric data (facial recognition and fingerprint) for Fast Access, and the use of Cash Card Play and our Wi-Fi.
The terms and conditions can be viewed prior to entering the casino or sent free of charge by email upon request. By entering one of our casinos, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
Fair Play Casino reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately after publication on www.fairplay.nl or on the information boards and screens in our casinos.
To ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for everyone, we ask you to observe a number of basic rules. The minimum age for admission is 18 years, valid ID is required, and we expect appropriate behavior on the gaming floor, with respect for other guests and staff.
Fair Play Casino is also known for its exciting (jackpot)Events promotional campaigns, which take place regularly at our locations. Whether you are playing for a local prize, a jackpot, or a national grand prize, specific terms and conditions and rules event to each event .
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by Dutch law. The court of the player's place of residence shall have jurisdiction to hear any disputes. If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid or are annulled, FPC shall replace them with a provision that is as close as possible to the original intention. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, the management of FPC shall decide.

- Fair Play Casino is committed to mutual respect and we adhere to the criminal code (including the prohibition of stabbing, striking, and punching weapons) and the Opium Act. If you violate these rules, we will deny you access and we will be forced to report you to the authorities. Access may also be denied in the event of misconduct towards other players, employees, or property of Fair Play Casino.
- Filming and photography are not permitted in the casino.
- Treat our employees, other players, and gaming machines with respect, and keep the casino clean and tidy.
- Fair Play Casino is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your property, or credits/money left on the gaming machine or cash card.
- Lockers are for your personal belongings only during your stay at our casino. Our employees or the competent authorities may check the contents of lockers.
- All our safes are equipped with time locks, which means you may have to wait a little while for your manual payout.
- Follow the instructions of our staff carefully in the event of fire or other emergencies.
- The credit on your cash card is valid for a maximum of 12 months after its last use.
- Smoking is prohibited by law in the casino. Ask the staff where you can smoke outside and make sure that the smoking area remains tidy and does not cause any nuisance to the surrounding area. Some of our casinos have smoking areas that are accessible from inside the casino.
- Our video and alarm systems operate day and night for your and our safety.
- In cases not covered by our house rules, you must follow the instructions of our staff.
- Detailed information such as terms and conditions, privacy regulations, the "play responsibly" page, and more can be found on our website: www.fairplay.nl and on the information screen in the casino.
- For privacy and security reasons, larger amounts will only be paid out in consultation.
- Management may change house rules without prior notice.

Access to casinos
1. FPC applies Entry Requirements for gaining access to the casinos. These Entry Requirements, which can be consulted at each casino and via fairplay.nl, are:
- The minimum age for visiting our casino is 18+;
- In order to comply with our legal obligations, you must present valid identification;
- If you have a (voluntary/involuntary) access ban and/or are registered in CRUKS, we will deny you access. If you attempt to enter anyway, we will be forced to report you to the police for trespassing (Article 138 of the Criminal Code).
- Persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be denied entry;
- Wearing headwear is not permitted. If you wear headwear for medical reasons, please inform the staff member.
- Pets are not allowed;
- We do not accept €500 banknotes.
- Everyone in the Netherlands must be able to prove their identity. FPC is legally obliged to verify your identity using valid identification. Each time you enter one of our casinos, the following details from your identification document will be recorded: first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, document type, and document number. Your Citizen Service Number (BSN) will be recorded in encrypted form.
2. We use the information on your ID to:
- register;
- verify your identity;
- verify your age;
- to check whether you are registered in the Central Register of Excluded Gamblers (Cruks register). If you are registered in this Cruks register, FPC will deny you access to our casinos.
3. The details on your ID card are personal data. FPC processes this personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2018) in order to comply with its legal obligations. The data is processed exclusively for this purpose and stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods.
The use of biometric data
4. FPC offers visitors to its casinos access via Fast Access. This allows you to quickly access our casinos every time, after a one-time check of your ID details. It is efficient and secure.
5. If you wish to use Fast Access, we need to have your biometric data. Using facial recognition technology or a fingerprint scan, you can access our casinos without us having to register you each time using your ID, check your identity and age, and check whether you are registered in the Cruks register. This is an optional service. If you use facial recognition technology, FPC will provide you with a tag (key ring) that activates the facial recognition technology. This tag remains the property of FPC.
6. You must give your consent for the collection, storage, and processing of your biometric data, namely a scan of your face and/or your fingerprint, solely for the purpose of enabling Fast Access to our casino. For more information about this, please refer to the Fast Access Privacy Statement at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions.
7. FPC reserves the right to refuse access or suspend the use of biometric data at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to security reasons, non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or legal obligations, such as checking the Central Register of Excluded Persons (Cruks).
8. FPC reserves the right to terminate the use of biometric data at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in technology or business needs. We will then delete the personal data we store for facial recognition purposes.

1. FPC casinos are largely cashless. Exceptions to this are the casinos in Geldrop, Tegelen Weert guests can still play with cash, and the casinos in Schiedam, Rotterdam Dordrecht guests can play with both cash and cashless methods.
2. Cashless (or hybrid) casinos use the Cash Card Play. This is a smart card that, on the basis of a so-called Cashless Play exemption by the Gaming Authority (Article 14, paragraph 2, in conjunction with Article 1(i) of the Gaming Machines Decree 2000), offers players the opportunity to play on gaming machines without cash.
3. The following conditions apply to the use of the Cash Card Play by the player in the slot machine hall:
The Cash Card Play can be obtained at FPC casinos for the price of EUR 1. The Cash Card Play remains the property of FPC. Upon returning the smart card, the player will receive this amount of EUR 1 in cash.- The player can only use the Cash Card Play if he is entitled to access a casino and is allowed to play games of chance in a casino;
- The player must have reached the legal or municipal age requirement, not be excluded from participating in games of chance (CRUKS), not be denied access to the casino by FPC, and not have otherwise lost the right to participate in games of chance in a casino.
- The Cash Card Play is not registered to a specific person, but it does state the name and address of the casino, the unique identification number of the smart card, and a legally required text regarding responsible gambling behavior.
- The Cash Card Play may only be used by the player to play on the slot machines in the casino listed on the smart card. The smart card may not be used in other casinos or for other purposes.
- Sale, disposal, pledging, mortgaging, encumbering, or transferring the Cash Card Play or the gaming credit on it is not permitted.
- The player can top up their playing credit on the Cash Card Play by means of a deposit or stake up to a maximum amount of EUR 49.99;
- While playing, the player can increase their stake or bet on the Cash Card Play to a player balance of up to EUR 3,000. The playing balance on the Cash Card Play may never exceed this EUR 3,000;
- If this amount is exceeded, the player must contact the cashier or redemption kiosk for payment of the amount exceeding EUR 3,000.
- The (gaming) credit on the Cash Card Play can be redeemed at the casino indicated on the smart card for up to 12 months after the last day on which it was used. After that period or number of months has expired, the right to redeem or pay out the gaming credit expires and the player can no longer derive any rights from the Cash Card Play.
- The gaming credit on the Cash Card Play can be redeemed for cash during the casino's opening hours. This redemption or payout is carried out by staff (the cashier) or via a suitable payout machine (redemption kiosk). Payment of the playing credit in any other way, for example by transfer or bank transfer to a bank account number, is not permitted.
- The player will not misuse or abuse the Cash Card Play and will comply with all legal provisions, including, in particular, the legal gambling legislation, anti-money laundering legislation, and legislation against the financing of terrorism.
- FPC is not responsible or liable for (the consequences of) loss, theft, destruction, damage, improper use, disappearance, or any other malfunction or unusability of the Cash Card Play, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of FPC's management. In such cases, FPC is not obliged to pay out all or part of the amount on the Cash Card Play or to compensate for damage, however named.
- Copying, falsifying, and/or manipulating the Cash Card Play by the player or third parties is prohibited. Using or misusing the Cash Card Play in violation of the law, these general terms and conditions, or due care is also prohibited.
- All intellectual property rights to the Cash Card Play are reserved by FPC.

Article 1 Definitions
1.1 JHG: Janshen-Hahnraths Group BV and/or any of its affiliated companies and legal successor(s).
1.2 The user: the natural person who has obtained a personal access code from JHG to make free use of the unsecured wireless network provided by JHG.
1.3 The service: JHG offers free internet access via an unsecured wireless network (WIFI).
Article 2 Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to the service offered by JHG. By using this service, the user accepts these general terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with their provisions.
2.2 Any terms and conditions of the user shall not apply.
2.3 Amendments and/or deviations from these general terms and conditions are only binding if they have been agreed in writing between JHG and the user.
Article 3 Access to the service
3.1 Access to the service is only possible via the user's equipment.
3.2 All access to the service is the sole responsibility of the user. JHG reserves the right to change or supplement the access provisions and the information displayed at any time.
Article 4 Responsibility for the use of the service
4.1 The user is responsible for all content that he distributes, opens, or views while connected to the service. JHG cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the actions of the user while using the service.
4.2 The user is obliged to follow JHG's instructions regarding the use of the service.
4.3 If the user detects a malfunction related to the service, he is obliged to report this immediately to JHG.
4.4 The user is responsible for the security of the equipment they use. The network provided by JHG is an unsecured network. JHG advises users to use a reliable antivirus program and firewall, in addition to other security software.
4.5 Users are responsible for configuring their own equipment. JHG employees cannot assist users with setting up, programming, and/or configuring a wireless internet connection. 4.6 JHG does not provide printers.
Article 5 Information about third-party websites
5.1 JHG cannot be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for the content of third-party websites or their use. Nor does it guarantee that the information provided via the service is correct.
5.2 JHG is not liable for any viruses that may occur despite the precautions taken, and accepts no liability for any damage that these viruses may cause.
Article 6 Hyperlinks
If links to other websites on the internet are created via the JHG service – either directly or via search engines – JHG cannot be held liable for the links, the content, or the existence of these other sites. JHG has no control over the links, content, or other characteristics of these websites. Some of these hyperlinks allow the user to use services and products. JHG makes no representations and gives no guarantees in connection with these services and products and is in no way liable for these services and products by providing access to them.
Article 7 Restrictions on use
The user of the service undertakes not to consult or distribute the following content while using the service and/or to participate in the distribution of such content:
- websites that contain discriminatory, pornographic, offensive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable material;
- sending spam or large quantities of email;
- posting or sending discriminatory, pornographic, offensive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable messages;
- post or send viruses or other harmful items;
- distributing any copyrighted material without permission;
- any (attempted) breach of the security of any computer network whatsoever;
- (inciting) the commission of crimes or offenses;
- providing communication platforms for criminal groups;
- engage in activities that are contrary to public morality;
- engage in activities and matters that are not permitted under Dutch law.
Article 8 Intellectual property rights
The user acquires a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service provided by JHG for the duration of the service. The user of the service expressly undertakes to respect the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, patents) of JHG and third parties. The use, copying, translation, formatting, modification, or distribution of (part of) these intellectual property rights, in any manner or form whatsoever, is prohibited.
Article 9 Duration and termination of the service
After logging in and thereby accepting these general terms and conditions, the service is entered into for a specific period and automatically expires after the duration of the agreed service has elapsed, but in any case after logging out or otherwise terminating the service.
Article 10 Suspension or removal of the service
JHG reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service or remove the user from the service if the user acts in violation of the provisions of these general terms and conditions and/or makes improper use of the service.
Article 11 Resale (rental)
The user may not resell or rent out the service offered by JHG in any way without the prior written consent of JHG.
Article 12 Limitation of liability
12.1 JHG offers no (implicit) guarantee whatsoever in connection with the service and its use. JHG offers no guarantee whatsoever for the accuracy and completeness of the content of the service and/or websites that the user visits via the service. JHG offers no warranties, support, or guarantees and accepts no responsibility for any third-party product or service advertised or offered through the service and does not participate in and is in no way responsible for the control and any form of transaction between the user and suppliers of products or services.
12.2 JHG provides the user with the opportunity to disclose information and cannot influence or be aware of what the user discloses through the use of the service and is in no way liable for this.
12.3 JHG accepts no liability or responsibility for (a) any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages, consequential damages, or any other damages, including but not limited to errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content; (b) personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from the use of the service or visiting websites through the service; (c) any unauthorized access through the service to or use of secure servers and/or any personal information and/or any financial information stored thereon; (d) any claims arising from the user's activities while using the service; (e) any interruption or termination of the connection to the service; (f) bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar software or programs transmitted through the service, or any loss or damage resulting from the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service.
12.4 If the user causes damage to JHG's service, he or she is liable to the person concerned.
Article 13 Confidentiality and secrecy
Information sent via JHG and the internet in general is not confidential. JHG cannot guarantee the privacy and security of the user of the service.
Article 14 Disclaimer
JHG undertakes no action and offers no guarantee whatsoever with regard to the continuity of Internet access or the functioning of the service. JHG reserves the right to deactivate the service at any time in order to perform maintenance and to distribute simultaneous use. JHG accepts no responsibility for the security of equipment, laptop configurations, removal of security measures, or changes to files resulting from the use of the service. JHG gives no guarantees regarding the functioning of the service in combination with the user's equipment, laptop, and/or smartphone.
Article 15 Additions and amendments to the general terms and conditions
15.1 These general terms and conditions are deemed to be divisible, and if any part thereof is invalid or otherwise ineffective for any reason, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision in these general terms and conditions should be ineffective, JHG reserves the right to replace the provision in question with a new provision and to supplement and amend the general terms and conditions accordingly.
15.2 JHG reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions at any time, with such amendments or supplements taking effect immediately after announcement of the relevant decision, in a manner to be determined by JHG.
Article 16 Applicable law and competent court
16.1 Unless otherwise agreed, Dutch law shall apply to the service under these general terms and conditions.
16.2 All disputes arising from or related to the service will be submitted exclusively to the competent court within the district Maastricht, unless the law mandatorily prescribes another competent court.
16.3 A dispute shall be deemed to exist as soon as one of the parties declares this to be the case.

Only the Dutch language version of these terms and conditions is authentic.
